The well-known Bak Kwa brand and the famous Hainanese eatery have come together to whip up a Bak Kwa inspired dish.
Made with aromatic chicken rice, egg and of course, Fragrance Bak Kwa, the fried rice is accompanied with a delectable chicken cutlet and fluffy spicy pork floss.
The companies have prided themselves with skillfully obtaining a “wok hei” taste for the fried rice using the Bak Kwa, giving a satisfactory fragrance to your meal. The meal comes with a complimentary pack of limited edition Hainan Story red packets, priced at S$13.80.
Not content with only a cutlet fried rice, Hainan Story and Fragrance have created a delicious Bak Kwa and pork floss toast. Perfect for a light breakfast meal, the signature Fragrance Bak Kwa and pork floss is sandwiched between two thick and buttery toasts.
Both toast and fried rice is available from 25 January till 17 February 2021.

Bee Cheng Hiang is famous for making fresh Bak Kwa over low-burning flames using traditional bamboo sieves. Their Bak Kwa will sit on al-dente spaghetti aglio olio, full of aromatic garli and chilli flakes.
The pasta itself is S$18, but it is recommended to be paired with an Oriental Blessings Tea. The set would cost you S$20.80. It is an exclusive set to the PAZZION cafe at Jewel Changi Airport.
